Cancellation Fee

If a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. This helps cover administrative and logistical costs related to short-notice changes.


Late Cancellations / No-Shows

Cancellations made after the scheduled time or failure to show up for the service may result in a non-refundable charge. Timely communication helps avoid such situations.


Failed Service Delivery

If Serv&Support or an assigned technician fails to deliver the agreed service without notice or valid reason, you are entitled to a full refund. Your trust matters, and we take service reliability seriously.


Refund Method

All refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during booking. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
