You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time without any charges. This helps us manage schedules efficiently and offer slots to other clients.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled service, a nominal cancellation fee may apply. This fee helps cover operational costs associated with short-notice changes.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment. We aim to handle all refund requests promptly and transparently.
Cancellations made after the scheduled time or clients who fail to show up may be charged the full-service fee. This ensures fairness and respects the time of our service professionals.
In the rare event that a booking is cancelled by Serv&Support or one of our technicians, you will be immediately informed. We will offer either a reschedule option or a full refund—whichever you prefer.
